Below are answers to some questions about our immersive, deep-dive small group retreats.
Where is the small group retreat center located?
Our small group immersive retreats are located in northern Wisconsin. We are a very easy 2.5 hour drive from the Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport, 3 hours from Dane County Regiuonal airport in Madison, 4 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul airport (but a really easy drive!). There are closer airports such as Rhinelander and Central Wisconsin Airport, however one must book far in advance for these two, as they have limited flights. Due to the private nature of our events, the exact address is only provided to retreat guests after booking.
How do I prepare?
There is preparation to consider to ensure a rich experience. Some retreat activities (particularly breathwork) are not for everyone, so please be mindful and take all preparation guidance seriously. If you have health concerns, we recommend you speak with your physician prior to attending.
How do I reserve my spot? What happens if my requested dates are full?
Tickets may be purchased online or you can send an email to contactmodalitiesXPO@gmail.com with any questions. If an event is sold out it will be noted and you may still register to be added to our waiting list. If you are added to the waiting list, we will contact you as soon as a space becomes available. The open space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
What are your sleeping accommodations for retreats?
The sleeping accommodations include a private bedroom in a cozy lakeside cabin, furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, bed linens, towels and a bathroom with shower. Private bedrooms are on a first come, first served basis. Camping is also available onsite, depending on the type of retreat you are attending.
How much does this cost?
It varies depending on the length of time and what amenities are offered. Go to the specific event page from the Main Menu to see details.
What's the cancellation policy?
Because we make arrangements for our immersive retreats and pay for them well in advance of the actual date, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation of Ticket Purchases:
We do not offer refunds for ticket purchases for small group retreats. For our CONTACT MODALITIES XPO, refunds are available up to a certain time. The cancellation policy will be found on the specific event page on the main menu.
