- Full refunds available on 3 day passes through 12/31/25.
- Beginning 01/01/26, all tickets purchased are subject to a No Refunds Policy
Due to the extensive planning and coordination required to bring you a high-caliber event, after 1/1/26 all ticket sales for CONTACT MODALITIES XPO are final and non-refundable. This policy includes all ticket types, including day passes, full-event tickets, and any additional workshops or special programs. - Transfer Options
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another attendee by submitting a transfer request to contactmodalitiesXPO@gmail.com at least 30 days before the event. Ticket transfers are the responsibility of the original ticket holder. - Event Cancellations or Modifications
In the unlikely event of a full cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or other force majeure events), your ticket may be eligible for a credit applicable toward a future event, but no monetary refunds will be provided. - Event Rescheduling
Should the CONTACT MODALITIES XPO be postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will be automatically applied to the new event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a credit towards a future event. - Acceptance of Policy
