Healing is oftentimes a gradual and deeply transformative process, but the process can start at anytime. Our retreats are designed to begin this process. Emotional healing can involve learning to identify and release past traumas, developing new self care and redefining one's relationship with their emotions. At the beginning of the journey, you may feel overwhelmed, stuck or confused. But over time, you may find that you are able to access deeper levels of self-awareness, compassion, and resilience. You may also find you will be able to form healthier relationships with others, and connect with your own sense of purpose and meaning. While healing is not a linear process, there can be many rewarding moments along the way that make it all worth it. We are here to help you start this journey through connecting with others and yourself.
