Healing is oftentimes a gradual and deeply transformative process. Emotional healing can involve learning to identify and release past traumas, developing new self care and redefining one's relationship with emotions. At the beginning of the journey, you may feel overwhelmed, stuck or confused. But over time, you may find that you are able to access deeper plevels of self-awareness, compassion, and resilience. You also may find you will be able to form healthier relationships with others, and to connect with your own sense of purpose and meaning. While healing is not a linear process, there can be many rewarding moments along the way that make it all worth it.

Dwell behind the veil. Communion with the Divine, celestial beings or your higher self. Connecting with Spirit refers to the process of becoming aware of and establishing a relationship with an unseen force or energy that is often associated with the Divine. Our retreats help to achieve this various practices such as meditation, breathwork, yoga, prayer, mindfulness, group cohesion and simply being in nature. Our goal is to give you the tool to help cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace, purpose and spiritual fulfillment. This is much different from "religion", as it is a personal experience that is not confined to specific actions or dogmas.
