Cancellation and Refund Policy for CONTACT MODALITIES XPO



Thank you for your interest in the CONTACT MODALITIES XPO! Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy before completing your ticket purchase.


  1. FOR 2026 TICKETS ONLY! SUPER EARLY BIRD & EARLY BIRD tickets Refunds Policy - We know lives are full and things change. This is why in 2026 we offer the ability to receive a Full refund on your ticket until 12/31/25.
  2. After the refund period is over: Due to the extensive advanced planning and coordination required to bring you a high-caliber event, all ticket sales for CONTACT MODALITIES XPO are final and non-refundable after 12/31/25. This policy includes all ticket types, including day passes, full-event tickets, and any additional workshops or special programs.
  3. Transfer Options
    If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another attendee by submitting a transfer request to contactmodalitiesXPO@gmail.com at least 30 days before the event. Ticket transfers are the responsibility of the original ticket holder.
  4. Event Cancellations or Modifications
    In the unlikely event of a full cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or other force majeure events), your ticket may be eligible for a credit applicable toward a future event, but no monetary refunds will be provided.
  5. Event Rescheduling
    Should the CONTACT MODALITIES XPO be postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will be automatically applied to the new event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a credit towards a future event.
  6. Acceptance of Policy
    By purchasing a ticket to the CONTACT MODALITIES XPO, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to helping us deliver an impactful and memorable experience.
