Join us for a multisensory evening of sound, lights, breath and movement to get your heart pumping, clear any blockages and fill you with CHILD-LIKE JOY! (when was the last time you felt that feeling??) No experience necessary! Ecstatic breathwork and motion can: Relieve pain & tension, Reduce anxiety, plus Heal, Release and Restore aspects of ourselves that are impacted by traumatic events. Additionally, this type of activity both activates and potentiates DMT (dimethyl terephthalate) production in the brain which can be attributed to deep emotional and spiritual experiences.
